In 1994 David Magness had a vision to create the best asphalt paving company within the Central Florida area. He wanted to provide quality asphalt paving at an affordable price to all of his customers. From parking lots, to roadways, subdivisions and even cart / walking paths. He wanted to not only be able to install the asphalt but, to also build a plant that would be able to manufacture the hot mix as well as do all the testing needed all at the same base location. Today he has proudly accomplished just that.
